Should it be needed to talk to a coach please wait if possible until after swim practice is over? I am available via e-mail at coachchris@baacfins.com.
Scratches
Scratch sheets have been placed in the scratch folder; in the front of the mailboxes. If you are unable to make a meet or need to leave early or come late please indicate this on the scratch sheet, by the appropriate deadline. For Saturday meets you need to have scratched by Noon on the preceding Wednesday. For a Wednesday meet you must scratch no later then Saturday at noon preceding the meet. If you are unable to make it to the scratch sheet e-mail me but do so on the same timeline.
If an emergency arises let me know ASAP I must turn in the line-up early late scratches my result in some kids not being able to swim.
Volunteers
Some people need to sign up for their 4 volunteer duties yet. We need everyone to do their part. We still need volunteers at Clerk Of Course at all meets. If you have not done your duty you need to do it.

We will have normal practice on the 4th of July. If you need to miss for any reason that is fine; but practice will be available.
Magnolia Invitational
This meet has been canceled this season. It will most likely return in some way shape or form next season.
Valley brook Meet
We will be swimming Valley brook at our pool on Saturday July 7, 2007. Check in is 6:45 AM. There is an ice cream social to follow see the flyer placed in your mailbox for more details.
Teen Splash
A league social event is scheduled for 11-16 year olds at Fountain Green. A flyer came out via e-mail earlier if you wish to go see the flyer we need a rough RSVP number for them so let me know if you are planning on going.
HSL Championships
Details will be coming out this week about signing up for the meet and ordering HSL championship t-shirts. Please remember to pay close attention to the deadlines.
Thursday Breakfast
13 & Overs are planning on going to Bob Evans for Breakfast after practice on Thursday. Swimmers will need money for Breakfast we may need parents to help drive if interested in helping drive let me know.
