Are There Any Special Memories You Would Like To Share? Every time I swim and give it my all is a special memory in its own way. I am just glad I can keep doing what I enjoy
I Hope My Legacy Will Be: Most importantly, that no one drowned while I was coaching. But also that I tried to show the younger swimmers as much of the good things I've learned about not just swimming but everything, and that I did my best to steer them away from the mistakes that I've either made or seen other people make.
Most Embarrassing Moment As A Swimmer: falling over during a deck change at Meadowbrooke.

Favorite Practice Set Of All Time: I enjoy all my practices because I know they are helping me get better, but I don't know if I would classify any of them as fun or my favorite.
The Most Important Thing I've Learned Through Swimming For My Team: If you try to act real serious and tough you end up over thinking your races and swimming poorly. So it is better to just let whatever comes naturally happen the day of the meet and give it your all.
Memorable Coaches' Phrase(s) Or Moment(s): I once had a coach tell me, "Shane relationships are like fruit salads, you don't want to go for the honeydew, cantelope, or watermelon on top but you need to dig around for the grapes at the bottom" To this day I have no idea what he was talking about
Teammate You Learned The Most From: I have had alot of good teammates and they have all aided in helping me become the swimmer and the person that I am today in one way or another
Favorite Non-Swimming Activity: Surfing, Frizzbee, and sleep all pretty much tie
Favorite TV Show:
Favorite Movie: Clerks 2
