Are There Any Special Memories You Would Like To Share? When I won the 2005 Eastern Zone Champs in 200 breaststroke and I started out the race in 6th place but caught up and won in the end.  Even after 6 months of terrible breaststroke.

I Hope My Legacy Will Be: To make Harford County proud by swimming the best that I can in college at UD

Most Embarrassing Moment As A Swimmer: I don't think I've really had an embarrassing moment, I get over things quickly.

Favorite Practice Set Of All Time: Something called Erin's favorite set.  You pick a stroke and do a 300 of drills and kick of the stroke on no interval and then swim a fast 75 of your stroke.

The Most Important Thing I've Learned Through Swimming For My Team: Don't give up.  Don't ever give up.

Memorable Coaches' Phrase(s) Or Moment(s): My two most memorable moments are after my very first HSL Champs meet in the 50 backstroke I got DQed and I turned to my mom and said, "Mom, I want to swim year round so I can get better and not get DQed anymore." Also, when I got my first A time in the 50 back in a USS meet and I made Paul Yetter, my coach at the time, check to make sure it was really an A time because I didn't hit the touch pad right, and believe it or not, it was an A time.

Teammate You Learned The Most From: Shane Kelsey.
